i created dirti pilates because i never fitted the ‘clean girl aesthetic’. i have tight hamstrings,  wear baggy clothes and love modifications for accessibility. but this journey isn’t just about me. inspired by my transformation, i recognised the urgent need to bridge the gap between pilates and those who don’t see themselves in the typical “pilates body” stereotype. i envision a community that welcomes individuals of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, a place where everyone feels motivated and included, free of judgment and comparison. i also want to create a place that considers mental and physical disability by overcoming barriers through mind and body in pilates.
